Booking Policy

To ensure that we provide the best possible service and allocate the appropriate time for your appointment, all clients are required to contact us via WhatsApp before booking to discuss the procedure they wish to have performed.

Once the treatment has been confirmed, a non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit must be paid through the booking link provided.

Please note:

* Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
* The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your procedure.
* Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a new appointment date if sufficient notice is provided.
* No-shows and last-minute cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit.
